ABOUT ME
My name is Christine! I received my BFA in Acting from Illinois Wesleyan University, and I work as a professional performer and voice teacher! I recently finished an eight month contract on board an international cruise line, and now work in regional theatre.

SKYPE LESSONS?
It's not as crazy as it sounds! Depending on the student, I work with just the mic, or with a webcam and mic. The webcam will give me a better sense of your mouth position, breathing, etc. but if a student isn't comfortable with the webcam, we can absolutely work with just a mic!
WHAT DO YOU WORK ON?
It all depends on the student! For some students, we do 100% rep. Perhaps there's an audition coming up and they need to workshop a song--then we use the time to polish your song, and work on technique along the way. Other students want technique only, where we just get down to the nitty gritty of singing. We'll work on breathing, belt, legit, vibrato, anything you need as a singer. But most students will work on a combination of technique and rep as needed!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I work with Paypal! Here are my rates!
30 minutes: $30.00
45 minutes: $40.00
60 minutes: $50.00
We can talk about what length of lesson is right for you! I also do discounts if you buy lessons in packages of 5, 10, or 15!

CAN WE JUST DO ONE LESSON?
Yes! Whether you want one lesson, a package, weekly lessons, monthly lessons, or whatever else, we can make it work! These lessons are meant to fit into your life and match your needs, so I am flexible with how many lessons you may want.
Trial lessons have the same pricing as any other lessons, but give you a chance to see how Skype lessons work and how I work as a teacher.
For coaching lessons, I charge the same as weekly lessons, and we will work primarily on polishing rep for auditions or performance!

WHAT ABOUT
TIME ZONES
I currently have students all over the world--from Russia to New Zealand, from the Canada to the Netherlands. I am happy to work with vastly differing time zones, and I haven't had a student yet where we couldn't find a time that worked for both of us!
